Age Requirements:

1. Junior Nursery: 3 years old
2. Senior Nursery: 4 years old
3. Kindergarten: 5 years old
4. Grade 1: 6 years old
5. Grade 2: 7 years old
6. Grade 3: 8 years old
7. Grade 4: 9 years old
8. Grade 5: 10 years old
9. Grade 6: 11 years old

Behavioral Expectations:

• Students and parents must be in good standing with current & previous schools.
• Students and parents must not have exhibited behavior that is disruptive to the school or community.
• Must not be school hopping due to financial liabilities from other schools.

Don't forget to attach a photograph or a photocopy of the following documents to your online application:

Documents for Preschool:

• Birth Certificate PSA Certified Copy
• Financial Clearance from the previous school (for transferees)

Documents for Elementary & Junior High:

• Birth Certificate PSA Certified Copy
• ECCD Checklist
• Certificate of Graduation (for incoming Grade 1)
• Form 137 & Form 138 (for transferees of all Grade Level)
• Financial Clearance from the previous school (for transferees)

Additional Documents for SpEd:

• Latest assessment or recommendation by the Developmental Pediatrician
• Latest Progress Report by the OT or Speech Therapist

After we received your Application Form online and your documents, we will schedule your kid for a Placement Exam starting April 8, within Monday to Friday, 9AM-3PM. The Placement Exam Fee is P600.

If you have already filled out the application form online and haven't received a message from the Admission after 48 hours, please call or text HHSG Admission at 0921-522-1550/ 0935-193-7934.

Placement exams are beneficial for both the child and the school. For the child, a placement exam can help identify their strengths and weaknesses, allowing teachers to create a personalized learning plan that caters to their individual needs. 

We will schedule an appointment with you to discuss the result of your kid's placement exam. This will help us gauge the cognitive skills and thus provide appropriate class placement.

For the Special Learners, Hope Horizon School for Giftedness reserves the right to place the enrolled students in any of our educational programs based on the assessments & recommendations of your Developmental Pediatricians, Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist.
